At Molly & Bear, we want to get your items to you quickly and safely! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

 

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia, excluding orders containing bulky items or during major sales.

 

Standard Shipping

For orders under $150, we offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $9.99.

 

Express Shipping

Need your items sooner? You can upgrade to Express Shipping (2-5 business days) for just $15.00 at checkout.

 

Shipping to Australia Only

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia.

 

Delivery Timeframes

While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that during sales and busy periods, delivery times may be a little longer than usual. If you order bulky or oversized items, we may need to contact you regarding the best delivery method.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

 

Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Items

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. However, once the order is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot be held responsible for missing, damaged, or stolen items, but we’ll happily assist you if something goes wrong. If your items are lost or damaged in transit, please follow up directly with the carrier.

 

Address Confirmation

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure everything is correct! Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address, and there may be additional costs for redelivery.

 

Combined Shipping

We cannot guarantee combined shipping for separate orders, as there are a few factors that may affect this. If you want items shipped together, be sure to place them in the same order. Any subsequent orders will incur their own shipping charges.

 

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges are exempt from discount codes and are non-refundable.
