Returns & Exchanges at Molly & Bear

At Molly & Bear, we want you to absolutely love your new items! However, we understand that sometimes things just donโ€™t work out. If youโ€™re unsure before purchasing, no worries at all! Our Return Policy

We ask that any returns be sent back to us within 14 days of the original delivery date. Unfortunately, we canโ€™t accept returns after this time, so be sure to get them back to us soon if somethingโ€™s not quite right.ย 

If youโ€™ve purchased a full-priced item and itโ€™s the wrong fit or youโ€™ve simply had a change of heart, weโ€™re happy to accept your return! Just make sure the item is still in its original condition, with tags attached, in its original packaging and donโ€™t forget to keep your receipt!

Once weโ€™ve received the returned item, weโ€™ll issue you a store credit to the email address associated with your order or refund the original payment method. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible! Please see Starting Your Return for more information regarding our return process.ย

Items We Canโ€™t Accept for Return

For hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: Dummies, dummy clips, teethers, swimwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Items related to holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, Motherโ€™s Day, and other seasonal products, canโ€™t be returned unless theyโ€™re faulty, due to their limited selling period. Whether an item is considered seasonal will be determined by us. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Sale Items

Just a quick note on sale items: unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. This includes markdowns from mid-season or end-of-season sales, as well as items in our sale section. If youโ€™re unsure about sizing or need a second opinion, just hit us up via web chat before you make your purchase, and weโ€™ll gladly help you pick out the perfect item!

Faulty Items

If youโ€™ve received a faulty item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If the item is deemed faulty, weโ€™ll happily offer a replacement (if available), a gift card, or a full refundโ€”your choice!

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once youโ€™ve checked out, weโ€™re unable to cancel or alter your order for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, forgot to apply a discount code, or incorrect order details. Be sure to double-check everything before confirming your order, and if you need assistance, weโ€™re always here to help!

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

Please note that shipping for returns or exchanges is at the customerโ€™s own cost, unless the item is faulty. If youโ€™ve received a faulty item, weโ€™ll take care of the shipping for you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
